Cookie cookies without flour. Or eggs. Dark chocolate, almond meal, honey and butter. Yum.
Updated (1/29 @ 8:42am): I have had a request for this recipe, so here we go:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
1 3/4 cup Almond Meal, packed firmly
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chunks), no darker than 75% cacao
Mix together melted butter, almond meal, salt and honey. Let cool. Fold in chocolate chips and stir until well distributed. Scoop balls of dough at desired cookie size onto sheet and press flat with a spoon. Cookies will only marginally spread out and flatten while baking. Place in over for 18 to 22 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Remove and let cool.
FedEx careful handling of a package packed tightly and marked FRAGILE.
New York Original Texas Toast in Mexico. Definitely the healthy choice option.
First we go to Fenway together and now LMJ is learning to model. Like father like daughter.

Might have to thin out and refresh the collection before the family gets to LA.

Funny that the Apple Newton was one of the examples he gave of a large company trying to create a disruptive product that meets consumer demands (massively market researched and focus grouped). That was while Jobs was at NeXT. Stands in stark contrast to the iPad (and almost all products under Jobs after his return) that were rarely researched, never put before a focus group and have multiple features consumers had no idea they wanted or needed. And, current Apple products all the way back to the iPod are truly disruptive (look at the death of the music industry and wireless carrier control over handsets).
Double rainbows over Los Angeles. A considerably better omen than the torrential downpour my second day here.
