Or eggs. Dark chocolate, almond meal, honey and butter. Yum.<br/><br/><p><b><u>Updated (1/29 @ 8:42am):</u></b> I have had a request for this recipe, so here we go: </p><p>Preheat oven to 325 degrees <br/>1 3/4 cup Almond Meal, packed firmly <br/>1/2 cup honey <br/>1/2 cup butter, melted <br/>1/2 teaspoon salt <br/>1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chunks), no darker than 75% cacao <br/><br/>Mix together melted butter, almond meal, salt and honey. Let cool. Fold in chocolate chips and stir until well distributed. Scoop balls of dough at desired cookie size onto sheet and press flat with a spoon. Cookies will only marginally spread out and flatten while baking. Place in over for 18 to 22 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Weight of the tree crushed the car roof and popped all four tires.
